The Lyceum Chapel is our showcase and is one of the most beautiful wedding chapels in Galveston. Located on opposite walls are our stunning floor-to-ceiling stained-glass windows. The sun's rays will illuminate the venue with bright colors. At night, they provide an artistic backdrop like huge pieces of art in a gallery.

Looking up you will see the beautifully designed vaulted ceiling. The lofty curved arches and beautiful woodwork give a feeling of grandeur.

The shining hardwood floors bring quality, warmth and elegance. We diligently keep them clean and ready for the next event.

The Lyceta is a smaller and more intimate space for your special day. This room is separated from the Lyceum by pull-down partitions. This flexibility allows you to jointly use it with the Lyceum, or to use it privately as a preparation area.

The Lyceta is excellent as a cocktail reception area, buffet line, or dance floor. The full stage area is perfect for your live band or DJ.

Nestled between The Lyceum and First Lutheran Church’s main sanctuary is a relaxing, beautifully landscaped courtyard. The courtyard is kept private by wrought-iron fencing.

The Victorian-style Gazebo has string lights to ensure a magical atmosphere. Electrical outlets line the gazebo. You can have your food or beverage vendor set up an open bar and your musicians can plug in their speakers.

The overhead lights provide a beautiful overhead to ensure a relaxing ambiance.
