There are two parts to the facility, The Lyceum, and The Lyceta.

The Lyceum: Theatre Style – 300 Banquet Style – 200

The Lyceta: Theatre Style – 110 Banquet Style – 48

The two areas may be combined to accommodate larger groups.

There is plenty of parking. It is mainly street parking. However, after 5:00 pm and on the weekends, all of the businesses around the venue are closed. In addition, there are adjacent lots to the rear of the venue that is available for use since the businesses that own them are closed.

Yes, with certain conditions, alcoholic beverages are definitely allowed.

The rental rate includes the space, 10 hours of use, the adjacent courtyard and gazebo areas, round tables for guest seating, chairs, banquet tables for all ancillary uses, set-up and tear down.
