What’s included in your event rental

Your rental fee includes chairs and tables provided for your event. It includes staff to set up and break down. We do not provide chairs or tables for outdoor usage. However, we will assist you in securing everything you may need from our local vendors. Your rental fee includes the following:

•  25 – 60” Round tables – used for guest seating

•  200 Banquet chairs (not allowed for use with outdoor weddings)

• Seat size: 15.5” W x 16.75”

• Back size: 15.5”W x 19.75”H

• Seat height: 18.5”H

• Seat thickness: 2.5”

• Rectangle tables for gifts, guest sign-in, buffet, bar, cake, DJ, etc.

• 8 – 6’ x 30” 

• 5 – 8’ x 30”

• 1 – Portable 8’ x 8’ x 12” (h) Riser. Black, Carpeted, Perimeter Skirting 

We do not provide the following: linens, decorations, sweetheart tables, podiums, pulpits, cocktail tables and bars. For these items, please find a vendor on our vendor page or weddingwire.com.
